No arrest made after South Memphis homicide

(WMC-TV) - A man is dead after a shooting in South Memphis Saturday afternoon.

Officers said 23-year-old James Hollingsworth was shot near Kansas and Fay after getting out of his vehicle to speak with someone.

Shots were fired and Hollingsworth was driven to the MED where he later died.

Investigators believe Hollingsworth knew the suspect, but no arrest has been made at this time.
