(WMC-TV) – An arrest has been made in connection with the shooting death of a man at a Forrest City, Arkansas intersection.
Dominique Tobar was shot in a car at around 10:30 a.m. Monday at the intersection of South Washington Street and Park Drive.
Police issued a warrant for 20-year-old Terrance Mays, who they suspect is responsible for the crime.
Mays turned himself into police and is charged with capital murder, three counts of attempted capital murder, and battery in the first degree. His bond is set at $750,000.
Tobar, the man who was killed, was arrested in August after police say he robbed a victim at gunpoint and dropped the weapon. He and another man allegedly returned and asked the victim to give the gun back.
