(WMC-TV) - A husband, his wife and their son have all been charged in a child molestation case. According to the victims this was truly a family affair involving shocking allegations and charges.

"Well you know it's not right," said neighbor, Florence Ford. "We all know that. I mean who wants their kids being molested by anyone."

Henry Monger is charged with rape of a child and aggravated sexual battery, involving three young girls. Police said the rape began when the girl was 5 years old. She is now 16.

The teen said she also saw Monger having sex with her older sister. The victim said Mongers wife, Barbara knew about the molestations. Barbara Monger has been charged with coercion of a witness.

According to the police affidavit, Barbara Monger called one of the victims and put pressure on her not to talk with detectives and not to give truthful information. Police said the calls were recorded.

Henry and Barbara Monger were arrested October 18th. Their son Cornelius, a former MPD officer, was indicted Tuesday and accused of having sex with a family member when she was just 16. He is charged with rape, statutory rape by an authority figure and incest.

The case has one Memphis neighborhood shaken up.

"It's like when my granddaughter was here," Ford said. "I won't let her come outside because since I found out about that."

Cornelius Monger was being held on a 100-thousand dollar bond. He has since bonded out of jail.
