Eligibility requirements:

  • Who: Employees who have worked at FedEx continuously for five years, as of Nov. 30, 2012
  • When: Employees who take the buyout will be notified whether their bid was accepted in early May
  • Departure dates: First wave of departures will take place on May 31, 2013.  Second wave will take place November 30, 2013.  Third wave on May 31, 2014.
