Friends and family speak about victim in deadly shooting
(WMC-TV) - Memphis police have released few details about the investigation of who killed Cecil Tuggle, but from Twitter and Facebook, more information is being put together about who he was.

More than 200 hundred people lined the street of Summer Ave at Hollywood Thursday after news spread that 33-year-old, Cecil Tuggle had been gunned down in front of the Auto Shop where he worked.

According to Action News 5's reporter Janice Broach he must've been a very loved person because there were lot of people at the scene and they were upset.
Chopper 5 captured exclusive images of dozens of Memphis police and homicide investigators working to gather evidence and direct traffic Thursday.

A friend of Tuggle who refers to him as C'Baby said he still doesn't understand what happened.

Tuggle was said to be a father of three, working as a car dealer at Universal Auto Body and Kustoms to support his family.

A clerk at a nearby gas station said that after the shooting, police took possession of their surveillance video that likely captured the suspect on camera.

A Memphis police spokesperson said that video would be available Monday.

Meanwhile, loved ones, including Tuggle's girlfriend took to social media to mourn his death posting "R.I.P. C baby gone but never 4 gotten"
and "My family holding up cause my grandma need us now RIP Cbaby."

Childhood friend Lamonte Gray said at four foot eight inches tall, Tuggle wasn't much of a threat to anyone and said he couldn't imagine who or why someone would take his life.

"This is just something I don't know, what would make someone do this to him? It just hurts me because he was my play brother," said Gray.

Witnesses said the shooting suspect was driving a silver Chevrolet impala.
