MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - My commentary on being more positive about Memphis is sparking discussion on the Action News 5 Facebook page. Some people are ready to join me in my New Year's resolution; others not so much. We're keeping it positive this week with a comment from Patrick Smith. In his words:

"I have come to love Memphis more and more since we started attending a church in Midtown and have been spending more time in Midtown and Downtown Memphis. I know I'm in the minority but I would actually like to move from Southaven back into Memphis. I grew up in the 80's in East Memphis. I love the culture, character, and history of the city. The cycling scene and infrastructure have made huge leaps and bounds, as well. I encourage all Memphians to check out the I Love Memphis blog and see all the great things there are to do in this area."

That's Patrick Smith's turn. Now it's your turn. To comment on this segment or anything else, email yourturn@wmctv.com or call 800-465-1210.
