Rain may turn to sleet, school budget preview, update on MS tornado, win Elton John tickets

Good morning and welcome to Tuesday! It is a comfortable morning but rain is expected today and into tonight with possible sleet in some areas. We have an update on the aftermath of the devastating tornado that tore through Southern Mississippi's campus Sunday. Turns out it was an EF 4 tornado with winds of 170 miles an hour. Ben Watson has a live report this morning.

Tonight the Unified Shelby County School Board begins the daunting task of negotiating next year's budget. One that could have a shortfall of up to 150 million dollars. Amy Speropoulos will preview that meeting in a live report.
