(WMC-TV) - A logging truck tipped over in Toone, Tennessee early Monday morning, causing major damage to the truck and causing quite the scene on Ebenezer Road.

According to The Bulletin-Times, the driver, Mark Cherry, was taking the logs to the Hopper Sawmill when his truck flipped over.

A witness on the scene said she saw the entire thing happen and Cherry was driving slow when his truck tipped. It appears as though the logs in the back of the truck shifted, causing the accident.

One log went through the cabin of the truck, trapping Cherry inside. He was freed and taken by helicopter to The MED. A reporter from The Bulletin-Times said Cherry was alert and talking as he was being rescued from the cab of the truck.

People who live on Ebenezer Road say logging trucks are not supposed to be driving on that street.

The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. Monday.

A deadly virus is threatening the crawfish industry in Southwest Louisiana. It's called white spot syndrome virus and it was first discovered in Thailand, but somehow it made its way to ponds in South Louisiana and specialists are struggling to find the funds to research a solution.  “The catch was increasing and increasing and then it dropped 70% and that's when you saw the dead crawfish floating in the water,” said a crawfish farmer of 34 years, Ian Garbarino.
