(WMC-TV) - Memphians Patrick Riley, 26, and David Yancy, 30, are in custody after a robbery at Carriage Crossing in Collierville.

A man, who was at the mall doing construction, was reportedly robbed by the two men, who then tried to get away in a red car. The victim's coworker reportedly rammed the suspects' car with his truck.

The suspects' getaway car quit working a few blocks from the mall, on Fleming Road, near Shelby Drive. That is when the two men got out of the car, and ran away.

Collierville police officers were joined by Memphis officers to search for the two men on the ground and in the air. Both were captured within the hour.

In a written statement, Carriage Crossing says safety is its number on concern.

"We are fortunate to have coverage by Collierville Police Department, they work in conjunction with the center's 24/7 security detail. As always, the main concern for our shoppers and tenants is their safety."

Collierville police say both suspects are from Memphis, where the getaway car they were driving had been stolen in an early morning carjacking.

Memphis police are checking into the carjacking connection right now.

Both suspects sit on a $3 million bond each. Riley and Yancy face several charges including evading arrest and robbery.
