(WMC-TV) - Peaceful protests are planned as a gun maker relocates to Mississippi.
Hinds County supervisor Kenneth Stokes plans to protest the arrival of Talon Ordnance outside the governor's mansion.
LaTrinia Harris' son was shot and killed June 3rd by Talon made guns. Harris urges Governor Bryant to rethink his plan.
"Take time and look at all the senseless killings. Take time to go to some of these victim's parent's houses and sit down. Talk with them," stated Harris.
The peaceful picket will begin at noon.
Talon plans to produce over 3,000 rifles and employ 10 people.
