(WMC-TV) - A Memphis rap artist was arrested and is now facing drug charges after a traffic stop in South Memphis.

Lance Taylor, also known as "OG Boo Dirty", 27, is one of four men charged after officers found marijuana, hydrocodone pills, a loaded handgun, and more than $3,400 in the car they were driving.

An officer pulled the men over when he saw that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt. When he approached the car, the officer said he smelled an "extremely loud odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle".

In plain view, the officer said he could see a baby bag containing five large bags of marijuana.

In addition to Taylor, three other men were arrested.

Ardell Perkins, 25, was driving the car. Floyd Hall, 23, and Jeremy Bassett, 22, were passengers.

All four men face several charges, some of which include possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, and possession of a firearm during the commission/attempt to commit a dangerous felony.
