CrimeStoppers tip leads to man's arrest

(WMC-TV) - A man is in custody and is being charged with shooting three people in Memphis Monday night. The incident occurred in the area of Farrington and Hollowell.

According to police, a CrimeStoppers tip led to the arrest of Mario Ward, 32. Witnesses later picked Ward out of the lineup.

He is being charged with aggravated assault.

Ward will appear in court Thursday.

A picture is not yet available of Ward.
