According to police, the 24-year-old man gave him a $100 bill from his back pocket.  The gunman then reportedly asked the man for his cell phone.

After seeing the man's phone, the gunman said "I don't even want that piece of [expletive] phone," the report states.

Police say robber then jumped the fence and ran down the street.

A 14-year-old was later spotted by a police officer and was identified by the victim. He was arrested in the case but police say he was released after an investigation showed he was not the suspect in the crime.
