Man apparently walked down street naked; second arrest this week

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville man was arrested for the second time this week for exposing himself in public.

Police said Ramone Peoples, 37, was seen walking down a public street, wearing nothing, on Thursday.

On Wednesday, Peoples was arrested for allegedly stripping down in front of the Hall of Justice after being asked to leave the building.

In May 2013, Peoples was also arrested for walking around naked in a public housing complex with young children around.

Peoples was booked Thursday at Metro Corrections and charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.
