Brother and sister accused of robbing 83-year-old

(WMC-TV) - A brother and sister duo are facing charges for robbing a elderly woman in her own driveway.

According to police, both Quintonette Anderson, 29, and Courdney Anderson, 30, are involved in the robbing of 83-year-old Mary Hall.

The pair were caught on a surveillance video using Hall's stolen credit card.

Hall was just returning from church and getting out of the car when the robbery happened. She said the man demanded her purse and jewelry.

"I didn't see him till I opened the door and that gun was in my face. I did exactly what he said," explained Hall.

Hall remembered the incident vividly.

"He kept saying every other breath he was going to kill me and I thought, well, have everything," continued Hall.

Investigators stated both Courdney and Quintonette Anderson can be seeing using the stolen credit card at a South Memphis Kroger and a BP station.

Courdney is accused of aggravated robbery. His bond amount is $250,000.

This is not the first time Courdney has been in trouble with the law. Action News 5 was able to determine he had over a dozen past arrests.

Quintonette's charges include being an accessory in the robbery after the fact and fraudulently using a credit card. Her bond amount is $15,000.

Quintonette is scheduled to appear before a judge at 8: 30 a.m. Thursday.
