Tonight Janice Broach is digging deeper to determine how this situation got so out of hand and how the city can get the money to test the kits.

Cordova residents who had no say in annexation or the changing school districts claim their kids are caught in the middle. Tonight they hold a school board member's feet to the fire concerning possible changes.
