Originally published October 23, 2013 - (WMC-TV) - Dozens of Memphians flocked to Overton Square Wednesday to pick up a pen and a sticky note to wish a stranger well.

Wise words from Winston Churchill to James Dean as well as original, endearing messages filled a board put together by a local creative group at the corner of Cooper Street and Madison Avenue.

Big Fish Creative says if they can inspire just one person with the "I Wish You Well" project then they consider it a success.

The group proudly stands as an advocate for wellness and directs many of their efforts toward health care. They hope this event promoted well being in the community and that it created an inspiring environment.

This is not the first time Big Fish branched out into the streets to spread community spirit. With their direction, Memphians gathered in Cooper-Young during the summer in attempt to set the world record for the largest toothbrush circle.

Although Big Fish's latest event did not involve dental hygiene upkeep, plenty of smiles were still seen from passersby and sticky note writers.
