MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) – An Arkansas man charged with Statutory Rape in Shelby County is expected to answer to a judge Monday morning.

Jeremy Cunningham, 21, of Osceola, Arkansas was arrested for having sex with a 15-year-old in the parking lot of a Millington church.

Officers were responding to shots fired calls when they noticed Cunningham and a young male leaving the back of a vehicle at Faith Heritage Baptist Church on Duncan Road.

The two admitted to having consensual sex in the vehicle.
