MURFREESBORO, TN (WSMV) -

A man who was told to stop calling 911 if there was no emergency apparently didn't heed the warning.

Murfreesboro police arrested Robert Zettwoch on a charge of misuse of 911.

According to officers, Zettwoch called 911 six times in the past week when his roommate tried to get into their apartment.

Police say Zettwoch was warned to stop calling the emergency line, but the calls continued.

He's jailed in lieu of $6,500 bond.
