Tour bus owners' wife, stepson and niece among victims

The owner of a Chicago-based tour bus has lost his wife, brother, stepson and niece in an Arkansas crash that killed 15 people. Nearly half of those on board died early Saturday when the bus bound for a Mississippi casino left the road and flipped about 30 miles short of its destination. It was the only bus owned by Walters Charter and Tours of Chicago. Roosevelt Walters' wife Mareen had organzied the trip for family, friends and neighbors. His brother, Herbert Walters, was driving. As friends and relatives of passengers gathered at Walters' home Saturday, one niece said the scene was "very emotional." Six survivors are listed in critical condition.
