Ole Miss has agreed in principle to salary increases for football coach Hugh Freeze and his staff.
Following the Rebels 7-5 regular season and a second straight Bowl berth, Freeze's contract is extended by one year to the maximum four years, with his base salary increased to $3 million Dollars.
That salary will increase by $150,000 each year.
Freeze' new contract includes incentives based on SEC Championships, postseason accomplishments, and academic performance.
His staff's salary will increase by 12 percent.
Ole Miss is also committing to a $12.5 million renovation and expansion of the Manning Center to be completed by January.
