WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – A Wilmington man is facing 2nd Degree Murder charges following an investigation from an assault that happened in the Houston Moore Public Housing Community last November.

Rodney Seager Bradley, 21, is being charged with killing 86-year-old Floyd Henry. On November 11, 2013 Wilmington Police say Bradley assaulted the elderly man as he was sitting in a car with a family member.

Henry was sent to the hospital and later Hospice care, where he died from his injuries weeks later.
