Some roads are still closed because of downed trees and power lines.

The Tipton County emergency operation center has been working all night answering calls of blocked roadways and power outages.

Officials had to open emergency shelters for Tipton County residents. One of the shelters is in Munford and the other in Covington.

Tonight on Action News 5 at 5, hear from residents struggling to stay warm in this winter weather and also hear from officials about when all of the power will be restored.
