(WMC-TV) - More than 4,500 MLGW customers were out of power in Shelby County as of 4:45 p.m, according to an outage map.

Since then, most power has been restored. As of 10:50 p.m. fewer than 300 customers were without power.

MLGW officials say customers affected should call 901-544-6500.
