Memphis crews rescue dog stuck in tunnel

MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) – Memphis firefighters, police and animal services all responded to calls of a dog that was stuck in a tunnel Sunday night.

The dog was stuck on a patch of dry land in the middle of a tunnel, surrounded by water and a 12-foot wall at A. W. Willis Avenue and North 2nd Street.

Many crews responded and rescued the dog. The dog is now with Memphis Animal Services.
