Police: woman at fault for 5 accidents

JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) - Johnson City police responded to five car accidents, some with injuries, and some without, but they say one woman is at fault for them.

Police responded to five accidents in the areas North Roan Street and Bristol Highway.

Police said 23-year-old Jessica Ketron and two other people involved in the accidents were taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. All three were treated and released.

Johnson City investigators told News Channel 11, Ketron was found to be at fault for five accidents. She was arrested and now faces 6 counts of Reckless Endangerment and 5 counts of Leaving the Scene of an Accident, 2 counts of Vehicular Assault, Driving Under the Influence 1st offense, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Comply with Financial Responsibility

Ketron was taken to jail on $70,500 bond and will be in court Monday at 1:30 p.m.
