(WMC-TV) – A Memphis man is accused of hiding a cell phone in his girlfriend's bathroom in order to record video of her two daughters taking showers, one of whom is still a teenager.

Fernando Dominguez, 33, is locked up at Shelby County Jail on three counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and three counts of photographing a person without consent.

According to an affidavit of complaint, Dominguez placed the phone in the fan vent in the bathroom of his girlfriend's house. A 20-year-old victim discovered the phone, retrieved it, realized it was still recording. She then left the house with her 16-year-old sister and called police.

Investigators say Dominguez admitted to putting the phone in the fan vent. He also confessed to recording the 20-year-old taking a shower on three different occasions and recording the 16-year-old taking a shower on three different occasions. He then used the videos for his own sexual gratification.

Dominguez is due in court Friday morning. Bond has not yet been set.
