Memorial service held for fallen officers

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

The Fraternal Order of Police held a memorial service at the State Capitol Friday to honor fallen law enforcement officers.

This service is held annually to honor fallen officers. This year's service was held for four officers: Investigator Michael Stockwell of Orange Beach, Deputy Allen Kay of the Dekalb County Sheriff's Office, Investigator Jeffrey Bryant of the Centre Police Department and Sergeant Daniel Davis of the Phenix City Police Department.

Governor Robert Bentley was in attendance at this speaker at this service, held at the Circle of Flags at the State Capitol.
