MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC) - A Facebook post is giving us a sneak peak inside the Pyramid and how the new Bass Pro Shop will look, after it's completed at the end of the year.

The video is courtesy of a Mid-South construction worker. It's quick and dirty, but you'll get the idea.

The first stop on CD Heaton's tour is the metal frame of the elevator shaft that will take you to the top of the Pyramid. On you way up, the glass enclosed elevator will let you see over the pond, which is a large hole in the ground as of right now.

Heaton says out-board motors, kayaks and canoes will be tested on the lake. After you test out your canoe, maybe you want to get a bite to eat.

Also on the ground floor, the framing for the main store and Ducks Unlimited. Heaton also zooms in to show more nature moved indoors.

"There's a tree in the Pyramid now. There's going to be a bunch of trees in the Pyramid," said Heaton.

You can also expect hotels rooms to also be part of the landscape.

That's all for now, but it's a pretty good start.

According to Heaton's Facebook post, the Pyramid renovation and grand opening of the Bass Pro Shops is expected to happen on schedule in December 2014.
