(WMC-TV) - Grizzlies second round pick, Jarnell Stokes, recorded his first double-double as a professional, but the Grizzlies lost 85-82. Stokes scored 16 points and pulled down 12 rebounds, including a thundering dunk off the baseline.
His classmate Jordan Adams, the Grizzlies first round pick led Memphis in scoring for the second straight game with 20 points. Adams has now recorded four and-ones in each of his two summer league games. The former UCLA guard scored seven of his points on a perfect 7-7 free throw shooting day. Fifteen of Adams' 42 points over the weekend came from the line.
Former Memphis Tiger Joe Jackson scored 10 points in the losing effort. Pistons second year player and former first round pick Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 30 points and had 12 rebounds.
