Police issue City Watch for missing sisters

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Memphis police issued a City Watch for two sisters who are 13 and 15 years old.

Thirteen-year-old Breanna Gibson and her 15-year-old sister, Quintessa Oliver, have been missing since November 28 from their Binghampton neighborhood.

Neighbor Alex Carter said, "If I knew exactly where they were at, I would be more than happy to tell you because that's not right. That's bad."

Police issued the City Watch months after the teens went missing because new information came forward.

One of the teens has mental issues, and the sisters may be in danger. It is feared they may have become victims of human trafficking.

"That's terrible," neighbor Theresa Sampler said. "There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood, and I'm always skeptical about kids running around."

Both sisters are 5-feet 4-inches, 145 pounds.

If you know where they might be, please call your local law enforcement.
