Police arrest second suspect in NYE party bus shooting

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Memphis police investigators identified and arrested Ladarius Berry as a second shooter in the New Year's Eve party bus shooting.

Earlier this week, Police asked for assistance in identifying a man who identified as "Frank" or "Big Boochie." Wednesday evening, investigators arrested Berry and confirmed that he is the person known as Big Boochie.

On New Year's Eve, a group of people at Ice Bar and Grill on Hacks Cross got into an argument. The group got into a party bus and left, but a car followed. The people in the car eventually opened fire on the party bus.

Berry is charged with 25 counts of attempted first-degree murder.

Police have also arrested Robert Sanders, 32, in connection to the crime. Sanders has been charged with 25 counts of attempted first-degree murder.
