MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

A man who gave officers a fake name during a fatal car crash investigation pleaded guilty to killing four people.

Investigators say Davis Brooks, 41, had a blood-alcohol content of .26 when he crashed into a car of four women on Christmas Eve of 2011.

Tarla Fisher, 47, Shirley Watkins, 44, Crystal Hill, 26, and Marjorie Tucker, 42 all died in the crash. They were all from Memphis.

The crash happened on the Loosahatchie Bridge on Raleigh-Millington Road around 6:30 p.m.

Investigators say Brooks was speeding. He hit the back of the victims' car, pushing it into the path of an oncoming Ford F-150 pickup truck. Two men in the truck were injured, but they survived.

Early in the investigation, Brooks gave police a fake name.

Brooks faces more than 80 years in prison. His sentencing will take place February 27.
