School districts, businesses announce Monday closings

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Several school districts have canceled Monday classes as sleet and freezing rain fall throughout several Mid-South counties. 

Blytheville Schools, Carroll County Schools, Dyer County Schools, Dyersburg City Schools, and Lauderdale County Schools, among others, have decided to cancel classes for Monday.

Shelby County Schools also canceled Monday classes.

Several churches and businesses are also keeping their doors closed Sunday night and Monday morning.
