MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

A man is accused of breaking into Whitehaven homes and touching, licking, and sexually assaulting women in three different incidents.

Police arrested 26-year-old Justin Hudson in connection with two different break-ins involving sexual assault.

One incident took place in 1700 block of Crimson where electronics were stolen and a woman claimed to be sexually assaulted while she was asleep in her home.

“Ain't nobody been in here, I've been sleep. I would have woke up to it," said Thaddeus G Beat.

Beat says he was home when the burglary took place and his sister was assaulted. Police say during this incident Hudson licked on the inner thigh of the victim waking her up.

"He pulled the cover off. He was feeling on her and touching on her and she woke up to this," said Beat.

Reportedly Hudson left after the victim started fighting back, but he took the family's cell phones and electronics with him.

On Feb. 25 police say Hudson struck again, this time going to an apartment off of Millbranch Road and breaking into an apartment he had reportedly broken into before.

Police say Hudson held down the victim and he tried to remove his pants.

Hudson was arrested on Feb. 26, and is being charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, attempted rape, sexual assault, and theft of property.
