CAMDEN, MS (WMC) -

A mother who is desperate for answers made a plea for help on the anniversary of her daughter's disappearance.

The last time Ericka Lewis saw her 2-year-old daughter, Myra, was March 1 in the yard of their Camden, Mississippi home.

"She was abducted, I know she was. She was abducted and they just need to bring her home to her family where she belongs," Ericka Lewis said.

An Amber Alert was issued the day after Myra disappeared. Her family thinks it should be been put out sooner.

"The time that had lapsed when they issued an Amber Alert for our daughter, it's uncounted where she could have been," said Myra's father, Greg.

Days after her daughter's disappearance, police arrested Ericka on a probation violation. She was later released.

On March 10, Federal Bureau of Investigation increased the reward for information leading to Myra's whereabouts to $20,000.

Then, the case went cold.

"I just need help. Help, help finding her," Ericka pleaded. "Whoever have (sic) her, just bring her home, please. That's my baby. That's not your baby. I want her back."

In October, the investigation rekindled after a team of psychics filed a "Find Me" report with Madison County Sheriff's Office claiming they may know where the toddler could be. That report turned up nothing.

The past year has been a struggle for the Lewis family, as well as for authorities, who are working tirelessly to find the little girl.
