Mid-South under winter storm warning until 12 p.m. Thursday

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Much of the Mid-South, including Shelby County and DeSoto County, MS, is under a winter storm warning until 12 p.m. Thursday.

National Weather Service first issued the warning early Tuesday morning, which replaced a winter storm watch. A winter storm warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet, and ice are expected.
