Winter weather has moved out of the Mid-South, but rain and warmer temperature have moved in. Meteorologist Ron Childers shows you when you will need an umbrella this week. Today at 5 p.m., a University of Oklahoma fraternity has been disbanded after a video shows members singing a racist chant, but this isn't the frats first racial problem. WMC Action News 5's Ben Watson takes a look at racial problems that same fraternity has faced at the University of Memphis.
