MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

A Memphis man was indicted Tuesday for the murder of his estranged wife's boyfriend

According to Shelby County District Attorney General Amy Weirich, 45-year-old Joel Tullison confronted 28-year-old David Allen Hoss outside of a store in southeast Memphis in October 2014. The two men argued, then Hoss got into his car and left.

Tullison followed Hoss to the intersection of Riverdale Road and Fox Hedge where he pulled out a gun and fired several shots into Hoss' car, causing the car to crash into an oncoming truck.

Hoss later died from gunshot wounds.

Tullison drove away the scene but later turned himself in to the Memphis Police Department.
