Good morning and Happy Wednesday!!

Here are some of the stories we're working on for you:

1. If you feel a little like NASCAR's Dale Earnhardt or Jeff Gordon weaving in and out of the lines on Mid-south roadways, you're not alone. Weaving is what you have to do if you want to avoid hitting one of those gigantic potholes. The City of Memphis' public works director say they're working non-stop to fill these holes but tell the to drivers who've hit one and it's not much relief. A live report on this issue this morning.

2. Disturbing sex assault allegations against a man believed to be a security guard. A police affidavit says a woman who works at the Southwest Community College campus in Whitehaven was cleaning a room when a 57-year-old man came up behind her and grabbed her breasts. 3. We're also following tragic news where seven Marines and four soldiers are missing early this morning after an army helicopter crashed during a night training exercise at Eglin Air Force Base in the Florida Panhandle. 4. The Arkansas Senate has given final approval to legislation barring some sex offenders from living near churches. We'll explain details this morning.
