Cemetery owner accused of crushing caskets arrested in court

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

The cemetery owner accused of crushing caskets and burying multiple bodies in the same grave was arrested in court on Thursday after testing positive for marijuana.

Jemar Lambert, 39, who owns Galilee Memorial Gardens, is charged with abuse of a corpse and theft. He was released on a $10,000 bond in August under strict provisions, including drug testing.
