According to a new state audit, the Achievement School District mishandled taxpayer money. The audit found the district struggled to monitor and review payments and purchases. WMC Action News 5's Amy Speropoulos will be live with what she's uncovered.

WMC Action News 5 viewers are asking how young is too young for a child to be left home alone, after four children were found home alone at a Whitehaven apartment complex on Monday. We'll talk about how young is too young to be left alone, this morning on WMC Action News 5 starting at 4:30 a.m. 

Four men from two famous Memphis families who teamed up to launch the Memphis' first vodka distillery will celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony today. We have a preview of the ceremony happening later today.
