Two men were arrested Saturday night after police say they shot two people in the Arium Apartments on March 17.
According to the affidavit, a man and a woman were sitting in a car in the 1700 block of Applebrook Lane when three people approached the vehicle.
According to witnesses, the man and one of the suspects started arguing.
Police say the three suspects then shot at the car, hitting both the man and the woman. They were both taken to the hospital in critical condition, where the woman later died from her injuries.
Police arrested 21-year-old Marlondes Rogers and 23-year-old Damonte Grant in connection with this incident.
Rogers is charged with criminally attempted first-degree murder, first-degree murder, and use of a firearm with intention to commit a felony.
Grant is charged with criminally attempted first-degree murder, first-degree murder, and possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony.
Rogers and Grant are due in court Monday morning.
