MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Attorneys for families affected by the recent events at Galilee Memorial Gardens took a tour of the site.

Galilee owner Jemar Lambert was arrested in January 2014 on charges of theft of property and abuse of a corpse, accused of crushing caskets and burying three bodies in a single grave.

Earlier this month, Lambert accepted an Alford plea to a charge of theft over $60,000 after burying bodies on land he did not own.

Galilee Memorial Gardens was closed in January 2014.

Monday, lawyers were given access to see the gravesites, which have been neglected since gates were locked.

Hundreds of families are now part of a class action lawsuit against the cemetery and Lambert.
