A Memphis teen caught on camera attacking a Kroger employee in September was indicted Thursday, according to Shelby County Dist. Atty. Gen. Amy Weirich.

Nineteen-year-old Raheem Richardson was indicted on charges of aggravated riot and acting in concert to wit, aggravated assault.

Eight teens were arrested in the incident outside the Kroger at Highland and Poplar on September 6. The other teens were handled in Juvenile Court. All of them admitted to aggravated riot and aggravated assault.
