A massage parlor where employees are accused of engaging in prostitution with customers will permanently close.

The owner of Lilly's Spa, located at 3450 Park Avenue, acknowledged that she "neither contests nor admits to the nuisance allegations, but will permanently vacate the property."

Danielle Turner, 25, owns the spa. She and two other employees, Melanie Gibson, 26, and Siren Lewis, 35, are facing charges of promoting prostitution, impersonating a licensed professional, money laundering, and prohibited acts of an adult-oriented establishment.

The spa was temporarily closed in March as a public nuisance.

According to court documents, the spa solicited employees and customers using ads on adult online websites.

One ad said, "Spa Hiring for Attendants in U of M Area! Background in Exotic Entertainment is a Plus."

Undercover officers who investigated the spa reported finding numerous health and code violations, in addition to determining prostitution routinely happened there.

According to the Shelby County District Attorney's Office, the spa had no license to operate as a massage parlor and there was a stripper pole in the waiting room.
