MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Memphis Police have one person in custody following a teen mob attack at the BP gas station at Poplar and Cleveland.

19-year-old Joe Brittman was identified through surveillance and was arrest at Northwest Prep Academy. He is charged with aggravated riot, simple assault, and vandalism.

In an attack caught on surveillance and cell phone cameras on April 10, a group of students attacked a man after he escorted a woman to her vehicle.

Mary Fuller was that woman. She says she did not feel safe walking to her car alone.

Orrden Williams decided to walk her to her car. As soon as Fuller was safely inside, a student sucker punched Williams.

Williams then retreated to his car. Once Williams was inside his car, the students kept punching and kicking the car.

Police say they caused $1,000 in damage to the 2009 Dodge Caliber.

Memphis police are still investigating and trying to identify the other teens involved in the attack.

If you can help police identify any more of the teens in the video, please call Crime Stoppers at 901-528-CASH.
