Good morning and happy Thursday!!

Here are some of the stories we're working on for you this morning:

Our Memphis Grizzlies look like they are ready for the playoffs. They eliminated the pacers from the postseason last night with a win and they also earned home court advantage in the first round of the playoffs facing off against Portland.

A third arrest has been made in the alleged gang rape of a woman on a Panama City Beach, Florida during spring break with ties to Tennessee. A student at Middle Tennessee State University was arrested on a charge of sexual assault by multiple perpetrators.

This weekend Memphians will put their Faith in Action by helping clean and beautify our city in a week long effort. This year's clean-up begins this Saturday and it is open to everyone! More volunteers are needed and you can get involved today! We'll show you how on WMC Action News 5 this morning.

I want to tell you about a special event that I am emceeing this Saturday night. It is a fundraiser for the Memphis Oral School for the Deaf. It is quite a party ... a roaring 20s theme and lots of food.. A silent and live auction, casino games, live jazz too. It's at the Great Hall in Germantown.
