MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Two men have been arrested and charged with at least two armed robberies in Midtown Memphis.

Memphis police identified Will Hayes and Brandon Nicholas Holmes as suspects in the robberies.

According to an affidavit, on July 7, the two held up a man walking in the Melrose and Harbert area.

Three days later, another holdup happened near Court Street. This time, police say the two armed men robbed two victims walking in that area of town.

The robbers demanded the victims' keys, credit cards, and cell phones.

Later, surveillance cameras caught one of the suspects using one of the stolen credit cards.

Police got a break in the case when one of the victims in the second robbery tracked down their stolen phone with the help of the "Find My iPhone" app.

The app led investigators to an address near Speed Street and Vollintine when they saw a Volvo matching the description of the suspect's vehicle.

Officers took Holmes and Hayes into custody after they found clothing and shoes during a search of the area.

"It is good to hear that they have caught someone that was committing crimes in our neighborhood for sure," neighbor David Weaver said.

Memphis police also arrested a woman along with the robbery suspects, but it is unclear what she will be charged with.

Both men are charged with aggravated robbery.
