Rebels deepest they've been in Freeze's tenure

OXFORD, MS (WMC) -

College football camps will get underway in the coming weeks, and for the Ole Miss Rebels, it means a roster that finally looks the way coach Hugh Freeze envisioned when he took over the program.

The Rebel head coach, along with the rest of those from around the league, spoke candidly with reporters at this week's SEC Media Days in Birmingham.

In three seasons at the helm, Freeze's Rebels have won more games each year and made three consecutive bowl appearances, winning two.

Ole Miss is hanging tough in the always competitive SEC West, but to get over the hump and challenge for the league title, it takes depth, something Freeze says his team has...for the most part.

Freeze is hoping he still has depth on his offensive line.

The status of tackle Laremy Tunsil is still up in the air, as he's questioned about possible rules violations, although Freeze said at Media days if the season were to start this week, Tunsil would be eligible.
